The Chairman of the Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission (JMEC) H.E. Festus Mogae held a meeting on Monday with the Inter-governmental Authority on Development (IGAD), Special Envoy to South Sudan, H.E. Ambassador Ismail Wais.

Ambassador Wais updated JMEC on the Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflict of South Sudan (ARCSS) revitalization efforts headed by the regional countries, IGAD.
