Others are Hon. Professor Ibrahim Ghandour, Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Republic of Sudan, Hon. Mohamoud Ali Youssouf, Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Republic of Djibouti and Hon. Abdulkadir Ahmedkheyir Abdi, State Minister for the Federal Republic of Somalia.

The Minister latest met South Sudan Council of Ministers as part of regional effort to seek inclusivity ahead of the High Level Revitalisation Forum (HLRF) and former political detainees.  The Parties pledged support for the Forum, which they will "restore hope" for the people of South Sudan.
