The Joint Monitoring Evaluation Commission (JMEC) has successfully concluded a Transitional Security Arrangements (TSA) Workshop in Juba on 21st / 22nd September, 2016.

IGAD Special Envoy to South Sudan briefs JMEC

The Chairman of the Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission (JMEC) H.E. Festus Mogae held a meeting on Monday with the Inter-governmental Authority on Development (IGAD), Special Envoy to South Sudan, H.E. Ambassador Ismail Wais.

South Sudan is yet to enjoy the peace dividends that the Agreement of the Resolution on the Conflict in South Sudan (ARCSS) was expected to deliver, the Chairperson of the Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission (JMEC) has said.
